Here are 5 powerful reasons to start a parasite cleanse today:1. You’re Always Tired or Sluggish.Parasites rob your body of nutrients, leaving you exhausted—even after a full night’s sleep.2. You Crave Sugar or Junk Food.Parasites feed on sugar and manipulate your cravings to keep themselves alive.3. You Have Bloating, Gas, or Irregular Digestion.Unwanted guests in the gut can disrupt your microbiome and inflame your system.4. You Feel Moody, Foggy, or Anxious. The gut and brain are connected. A toxic gut can cloud your mind and mood.5. You’ve Never Done a Cleanse Before. If you’ve never done a parasite cleanse, it’s likely you’re long overdue—most people are unknowingly hosting them.
As part of my trying to get healthy, I decided I wanted to do a parasite cleanse. I kept hearing about the cleanse and I thought this might help me, I often feel ravenously hungry even after eating and even though I don't see any thing I often have itchy bottom (lol) I choose Dr. Bo ParaGuard because it has so many of the different wormers in it. It does smell bad enough to kill off anything lol. You are supposed to start the protocol 3 days before until 3 days after a full moon. Apparently worms are most active in that time frame. I didn't have the funds to start before the full moon but was able to start the day after. I am going to do 10 days taking this for the next 3 months. Because there are side effects from the die off of parasites, I wanted to make sure I used a binder, I choose Sundance Activated Charcoal 780mg (very important since parasites release eggs and toxins when they start to die and a binding agent can grab them and move them out of the body gently to avoid uncomfortable detox symptoms) and also wanted to make sure I was adding healthy bacteria to my gut so I added NatureWise Probiotics 60 Billion CFU
I take the wormer and then about 30 minutes later or so I take the charcoal. Then in an hour I take the probotics. So far its only been one day. Some of my side effects are gas and bloating, vivid nightmares. Thats all so far. Maybe a bit of a headache. I don't typically get headaches but have just a hint of one today.
As a side note about the weather. It is beautiful in the days with temps in the 70s. No rain for a while and none in forecast for next week at least. It does get cool at night and thus the mornings feel a bit nippy.
