I am always trying new supplements etc to find something that helps improve my health in some way. Then I try it and it either works or it doesn't but I haven't been keeping a record so sometimes I can't remember if something worked or just exactly why it didn't work so I have decided to start putting on my blog what I am trying and what I expect to happen vs what does happen.
This time I am trying bromelain. I bought the above brand from Walmart. I read something about bromelain and then went and watched some videos on Youtube. Here is what I learned it supposed to help with
- good for reducing inflammation in the body.
- aid in digestion
- alleviate minor aches and pains.
Some warnings while taking:
You can get bromelain from the core and stem of pineapple but its harder to extract so that is why I chose supplement form. I will update in a couple weeks and let you know how it seems to be doing for me
