My Thoughts

I like the wrist monitor way better than the arm cuff. One of my arms has scar tissue in it and it hurts too much to check blood pressure in that arm and I have fat arms so the cuffs never fit right and always squeeze too tight. With the wrist monitor, it feels so much better getting my blood pressure checked. The readings were in the same range as with my arm cuff. Of course, I thought I needed an emergency room visit when I first tried this because I didn't read the instructions and had it on backwards which apparently causes a high high reading. lol. If you have bigger arms and can't find a good blood pressure monitor, I recommend this BPM-50W wrist monitor.
