I have been having major back pain for the past 4 months so this pillow came just in time. Even just sitting caused me pain. I have been using this pillow at my computer desk for support and can really tell a difference. The pillow is supposed to self-inflate when I open the valve but the pillow I received didn't self-inflate. Not sure if I didn't know what I was doing or it just didn't inflate. I had to blow into the valve to inflate the pillow. Even with my bad lungs it wasn't hard to inflate.  Another plus is that the air doesn't leak out or the pillow deflate after a few days. Really enjoyed reviewing this product.
