My Thoughts
My doctor told me that my triglycerides were elevated and wanted me to start taking fish oil supplements. I was offered this supplement to try out and was glad for the chance so I can see how it affects my triglyceride levels. It takes a while for the effects to be had so I will have to wait for my next blood test for results and I will let you know then how it works out.
