I haven't written in ages. I ended up getting pneumonia 2 days before Thanksgiving. I have been so sick and can't seem to bounce back. I have been sick with something almost every day for 2 months now. I keep thinking I am going to work on getting healthier but I just feel so bad that hasn't happened. Of course, honestly while I am feeling so bad really would be the best time. Now I am hurting in my back and leg :(. Next month my insurance kicks in and I am going to see if a chiropractor can help me. I already went to a rheumatoidologist and he basically did nothing but put me on drugs. I am not going to live my life doped up.
My wonderful boss gave me a Christmas bonus that was actually more than my usual payday. I am so thrilled. I am going to use that money to buy a new laptop. I haven't had one since mine died way back in April. I have been looking but there aren't any good deals right now. I guess they figure everyone is buying laptops as presents so they have jacked the prices up. I am ok with waiting until after the holidays to see what I can find.
I have barely been entering any giveaways. Some days I enter nothing at all. You can tell it too because my wins and package deliveries have virtually stopped. I am going to try to get back into a routine and enter some each day. I see a lot on Pinterest. I have discovered the ugliness of humans on those giveaways. Some people have banned me for following their giveaway boards. some waiting until I repinned their pins but then they banned me. A few ppl do something that I consider the same as cheating. Most giveaways give entry points for sharing on pinterest. Yet some ppl waiting until just hours before the giveaway ends before they share. I know sometimes you don't find a giveaway until the last day but there is at least one person I follow who never ever shares anything unless it ends that day. I just think that while it may not be cheating, it certainly isn't good sportsmanship.

Wonderful Craft Idea
I am typing this on December 27th 2012 :) so there is still a lot of Christmas being shared. I found this wonderful craft on another blog, to do with the children and so want to share it with the kids at church in 2013. I thought I would post it here so that everyone could try it out. I wanted to make sure I posted it soon enough that you could get started the first of December. I love the idea of the nightly scriptures for the children to find or you can read to them if they are too young. This helps teach our children what Christmas is really about, gives us some family time to bond, helps us focus on the true meaning of Christmas so its a win win any way you look at it.

Updating
I finally won a prize last night. It feels like forever since I won anything. Of course, that's mostly because I haven't been entering near as many giveaways. I have been sick for over a month now. It started with an eye infection that last about 10 days, as soon as I went to the dr to get some antibotic ointment for that, I got a terrible cold. The cold triggered a terrible asthma attack. When that happens my lungs get stuck in a never ending attack. I finally broke down and went to the dr again because I couldn't walk across a room I was so out of air or talk even. I had to get a steriod shot, a breathing treatment, 2 new inhalers and steroids to take at home. I already feel a lot better with just the shot and the breathing treatment.
With me being so sick and just one thing or another we are doing something this year, we have never done. We are eating out for Thanksgiving. The house is in the middle of remodeling and there just isn't a way to fix anything here. We don't even have an oven. I can't imagine not cooking a Thanksgiving turkey and all the trimmings :(. And now the dryer has tried to catch fire so we are having to dry clothes at the laundromat. I sure could use a cash prize or an appliance prize win :) Fingers cross, publishers clearing house lol.

Ramblings
Sorry, I haven't been posting as many giveaways. I have been feeling sick for days now and I finally broke down and went to the dr yesterday. Basically he did nothing, He told me to take some allergy eye drops and gave me a prescription for antibotic eye ointment. So far my eyes feel no better and he didn't even recommend anything for my sinus problem. I know its not infection in my sinuses but it is driving me crazy. I must look worse than I feel even because my dad come by and when he was leaving he said to make sure I called if I got down and left a list of places to call if I couldn't get him on his phone. He has never in 45 yrs done that :). lol
I haven't won much this month but I have gotten quite a few prizes in the mail. with at least 3 more coming over the next 3 days. I have officially gotten all the presents I am giving for Christmas for the grandbabies with a few for other children in the family also. Now I need to win some stuff for my daughters. It would be cool to have a complete Christmas due to giveaways. I need to enter more giveaways but honestly haven't felt that great. My eyes hurt being on the computer and this old desktop just drags so much when entering giveaways. I would so love to win a new laptop or enough Amazon bucks to pay for one.. I miss mine so much. Puppies, Puppies, Puppies everywhere
I just love puppies and ours are so much fun. Apparently I am "their person" because I can't walk anywhere without them being on my feet, trying to trip me. If all of us go somewhere, I am still the one they chase when I come home. They think they have to sleep with me. My bed isn't big enough for 1 dog, 4 puppies and me. So when I won't let them in the bed, they sleep right beside it. Here are a few of my favorite pictures of the puppies.
This is Maxine and the puppies, The brown one is Bear, then its Romeo, Juliet and Tinkerbell.
Bear is feeling unsocialable. Romeo was too tired to get out.
Juliet and Tinkerbell are nursing, Bear and Romeo are full but Bear needed extra love from Mom.
The 2 boys found a new sleeping spot.
Nikki is not fond of the puppies and she is just like "why are they still here?"

I had the weirdest dream last night. We had a big snow storm. I had the weirdest dream last night. We had a big snow storm. My grandmother drove by to check up on me (1. she's dead, 2 she didn't drive) and then it ended with me going to get my car that I had left parked at Tyree's. (the local funeral home). Oddly enough, yesterday I had a huge explosion of followers on Twitter. I got around 15 new followers. That is the most I think I have ever gotten in one day. I could have understood if they were the people who I had started following but not any of them were ones I followed. And they weren't even spam accounts. Weekly Recap
It was a really slow week last week. I didn't win anything until Wednesday but I was thrilled with both wins.. Then, I had to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday and go straight from work to revival. Boy when I woke up this morning, I thought it was earlier than it actually was because it was so dark and overcast. It looked like winter and that it was getting ready to come a snow storm. I am so not ready for summer to end. I guess because it looked so nasty outside, it made me want to stay inside since today's giveaways all seem to be for dvds :)
Susan's Disney Family has a Croods DVD for giveaway- this just looks like the cutest movie. I would really love a copy of it. The grandbabies would love it, I am sure. Giveaways I entered Sept 18, 2013
I didn't enter as many giveaways as I normally do so didn't get a post up in the past few days. Its been on the cool side here and I have been running a low grade fever as I adjust to the temperatures. I think snow is beautiful but I just hate cold weather. We didn't have much a summer this year, it was rainy and cool for the majority of it. We went to the laundromat yesterday and washed all the blankets up for winter because it been so cool.
I did have an awesome mail day yesterday. I got a box with some Beneful samples in it( my daughter let the dog eat them before I got a picture), and 3 prizes I had won.

Weekly Recap
The biggest thing that happened to me was of course the new puppies being born and I got accepted as a Purex Insider :). Notice my snazzy new button on the side bar. I am still reading to figure this one out but I will be able to bring you some awesome prizes. I personally have won a ton of Purex prizes this year and I just love their products. I use 2 of their products in my homemade detergent mix. Now I just have to figure out exactly what I am doing as a Purex Insider.

Giveaways for September 13th
Its been a slow week for some reason for me. I did manage to do a bit of smart shopping. Rite Aid has their summer items on 75% clearance. I got several windchimes to give as Christmas presents and a toddler golf set for my grandson for Christmas. We picked up some nice beach towels for 1.50 each. Probably our best deal was a fan for 4.99.
I went to Kroger to stock up on some Febreeze spray this week. It was on sale for 2.99 but if you bought 5 it was only 1.99. I had 3 coupons for b1g1 free. So I got 6 Frebreeze and combined them with some other sale items to get the money off. It made all 6 be 1.99 each then the coupons took off 2.99 3 times so altogether I paid 3.00 for 6 cans of Febreeze so not bad at all. That will last us a long time. I am really working on stocking up with winter coming. Heat bills about did us in last winter and I feel that this winter will be worse. I am pretty certain I have enough cleaning products and condiments to last all winter. I am trying each payday to pick one thing to stock up on. I found a pretty decent sale on Scott's extra soft toilet tissue and bought a bit of it but not enough to last all winter. That is on the list of things to buy yet.

New Puppies and Giveaways I am entering September 11, 2013
Yesterday was a pretty good day for me mailwise. I got 2 coupons for Fels-Naptha bars and 3 coupons for Wallby Kefir that I had won. I also got the paycheck for the last merchandising job that I had. I used part of that money to go to Rite Aid and buy a pool on clearance for next year. It is 8x10 but its only 2 feet deep but that is enough to splash around in and cool off. It is normally $100 but was on clearance for $25.
I am officially a puppy grandmother now. My dog Maxine had her puppies in the wee hours this morning. She had 5 but the first one was born dead :( I had to cry about it for a while but she has 4 other little ones. 3 are black and 1 is brown. I can't wait until they are big enough to toddle around and play with. I think it is amazing that God has programmed into the brains of animals exactly what they need to do. Maxine kept whining for me to pet her while she was in labor but once the puppies started coming so acted like a pro. Here she is with one of them.
